COACHING POSITIONS AT ACE
The club's Technical Director Salvo Sottile is seeking qualified coaches for a number of positions for 2012. Albany Creek Football Club has experienced considerable growth in player numbers since 2006 with 73 teams in 2011. The clubs philosophy is one of player development with a development structure that introduces children as young as 5 to training programs and development initiatives similar to European clubs. In 2009,the clubs technical development program, facilities and strategic plan were acknowledged when the club was selected by Football Queensland and Football Brisbane as one of the Brisbane Clubs participating in Rebel Junior Premier League RSJPL. This Football Queensland development program which includes representative teams from Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Northern NSW and South West Queensland acts as the pathway to State Selection. ACE is looking for quality, experienced, passionate coaches that are looking to be part of a technical structure that embraces a team philosophy which is driven by a desire to be the best at player development. ACE takes great pride in offering committed individuals in our technical team a series of coaching courses with the aim of developing and upgrading their skills.

Div 1 Coaches
ACE continues to expand the technical structure provided at the club to ensure that player development is first and foremost the focus for 2012. Expressions of interest are sought for qualified coaches seeking to coach Division 1 and 2 teams in 2012. Applicants should have the necessary coaching qualifications, the right attitude and a passion for player development Click Here to apply. Development Coaches
ACE is seeking qualified passionate coaches seeking to be involved in the club's junior development structure for 2012. Successful applicants will work with the Director Of Coaching and the club's U6 to U11 development squads. As a Development Coach you will be responsible for working with young children with the FFA National Curriculum in preparation for the JPL. Click Here to Apply
JPL Assistant Coaches will work with one of the RSJPL squads in 2012. Applicants must have a minimum of a Youth License and have had a minimum of 5 years proven experience in coaching. Successfull applicants will have the opportunity to work with our JPL structure and be part of the future development of the club's coaching structure. These positions are voluntary positions, although the club will cover costs of educational training as part of the development focus of the role.
