Junior Presentation Day
The club celebrates the achievements of the year at the end of the season providing awards trophies or medals to all junior players for participation. In addition awards are given to players, coaches and managers based on results for the year, exceptional performance, selection into representative’s squads and anniversaries of players at the club. Many individuals are recognised for their involvement and contribution to the club during the season. This event is scheduled on a Saturday with the first 2 hours aimed at presenting of awards and the balance of the time, players and members are given the opportunity to socialise and enjoy end of season celebrations.
Celebration include children’s rides; face painting, coaches managers game, a live band and many other fun initiatives. This celebration is a must for all players, coaches, managers and members and the date should be put in your diary to ensure availability. Unlike previous years, we encourage everyone to participate in the 2 hour celebration and award session as this is the time to acknowledge the players for their achievements and the individuals who have had a major contribution to the operation of the club during the season. The club encourages all club players and members to attend not only presentations associated with their specific team and children, but all presentation on the day in order to build the ACE spirit and the “MY CLUB” culture.
This year's end of year celebrations promises to be even bigger than last year so please ensure you diary the date now and avoid disappointments. If you are interested in being part of the organising committee for this event please contact Sue Coburn.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION;
In the event of wet weather the presentation day will be cancelled and not rescheduled. Notice of this will be placed on the front page of the website by 8am on the Saturday. We ask that managers/coaches of the teams come to the Brendale clubhouse between 11am and 1pm to collect the team's trophies and photos if we have to cancel this event.
