Field Numbers
About the ACE 5 Aside Comp.
- It is open to all players from all clubs
- Rules for the competition will be the same as for those in U8/9 SSG and The Laws of the Game
- NO PLAYER IS PERMITTED TO PLAY WITHOUT FIRST BEING REGISTERED.
- In the U5/6 to U16 comp, only Football Brisbane Registered players allowed to play
- Field sizes will be approximately 25m x 35m with a 5m x 12m Goal Area.
- Playing time 20 minute halves with 3 minute half time break for ages 6 to 10
- Playing time 25 minute halves with 5 minute half time break for ages 11 to OVER 35
- Teams of 6-8 players are to be nominated at the beginning of the season (in respective age groups)
- There is only an initial one off nomination fee for the season (which includes referee fees)!
- All age groups are catered for from U6 to Over 35’s including an over 35's ladies comp.
Costs
- A single payment will be required for each player for the entire season, meaning no game fee’s each week.
- All fees are to be paid prior to the first game.

Timetable
- The season will start on the 5th October.
- 10 week program - finishes 8th December 2010.
- Games will start at 5.30 for the younger groups and play will finish by about 9.15pm for the seniors.
- Please note that any games called off due to weather conditions will not be rescheduled.
Location
As you can see (below) there are three training locations A, B and C. Every week you will play in one of three locations (all of which is next to the ACE club house). Please ensure that you get to the locations at least 15 minutes before the scheduled game, this will ensure that the program can be run on time.
More Information
The ACE five a side competition has similar rules to those in Rooball, and willl be played on a Tuesday/Wednesday afternoon/night over the summer months between the end of the regular season and the Christmas break. Teams of 6-8 players will be nominated at the beginning of the season in the respective age groups. Teams can be made up of players from any club, not just ACE.
An initial one of nomination fee will be payed for the season including referee fees eliminating the need for collecting additional money. The competition provides players exposure to street football in a friendly social envirnment!
